How it works
A ceiling sensor combining mm-wave radar and a low-resolution thermal array watches the room without recording an image. Events are received by the Ward Gateway and handled exactly like a call point: displayed, messaged to Olinqua or Ascom, and recorded with response time.
A product, not a project
RS-01 is supplied as one line item per room: the sensor, its mount, the gateway integration, messaging to the platform the facility already uses, and the fall and response reports. The sensing element is a proven industrial radar/thermal module; Southerly supplies, configures and supports it as part of the system.
Trial
Aged-care providers can run a 60-day trial kit — sensors, a gateway and messaging — in a small number of rooms before committing. Pricing after the trial is per room per month.
