This website
We use server logs (IP address, pages requested, user agent) for security and to keep the site running, retained for up to 90 days. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free, does not fingerprint or track individuals, and shows us only aggregate page views. We do not use advertising trackers.
Shopify apps
Our Shopify apps are published under the Gust Apps brand and have their own privacy policy at gustapps.com/privacy.
Nurse call and Vision products
These products run on hardware owned by the hospital, facility or their partner; Southerly does not receive call data, footage, plates or faces from them in normal operation. Where a customer asks us to help with support we access systems with their authorisation, under their agreement, and remove any copies when the work ends. Vision products are designed so that footage and derived data stay on the customer's premises; watch-lists are configured and owned by the customer, who is responsible for lawful use.

If you contact us we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and our records obligations.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain, by emailing [email protected]. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
